Packaging ring in two sizes
The size of the packing ring determines the maximum size of packaged shipments.
Basic design of the packaging ring with an outer diameter of 1050 mm allows the packaging of consignments with a maximum diagonal / diameter of the described consignment circle of 880 mm.
If larger consignments are required, a packaging ring design with an outer diameter of 1400 mm is available for packaging consignments with a maximum diagonal / diameter of the described consignment ring of up to 1250 mm.
Packaging table
The manual and motorized OVINATOR (not the motorized OVINATOR for packing tires and round consignments) allows the universal standard packing table S to be replaced with another type that will better match the shape and size of the packaged consignment.
N – Narrow
- Packaging of shipments with a length of sides from 100 mm
S – Standard TOP
- Universal table design for packing consignments with side lengths from 200 mm
L – Long
- Packing of large shipments in stretch film 500 mm wide
E – Extended
- Packaging of bagged consignments (feed, fertilizers, etc.)
LE – Extended on both sides
- Packaging of long bagged consignments (feed, fertilizers, etc.) in stretch film 500 mm wide
Up to two film dispensers together
OVINÁTOR wrapping machines have a stretch film unwinder installed in the basic version for the most used film width of 250 mm. It can be replaced by an unwinder for stretch film 125 or 500 mm wide.
Packaging machines can also be supplemented with secondary dispenser for bubble film width 250 or 500 mm.
Dispensers make it possible to regulate the degree of film tension during unwinding thanks to an adjustable mechanical brake.
Foil unwinders are finished with a ball or a handle, depending on the version of the packaging machine OVINATOR (manual or motorized).

Adhesive tape dispenser
The OVINATOR wrapping machines can be extended with a sealing function by adding a 50 or 75 mm wide adhesive tape dispenser.

Two ways to anchor the machine
If you cannot or do not want to anchor the packaging machine to the floor in the standard way, it is possible to equip the packaging machine with a special waterproof pad with dimensions of 1200 x 800 mm.
Efficient and fast handling of shipments
OVINATOR wrapping machines can be equipped with input and output roller conveyors for simple and efficient handling of shipments.
The basic lengths of the conveyor are 1m, 1.5m, 2m, but it is possible to make the conveyor in an individual length according to the customer’s requirements.
