What is the smallest / largest package I can pack on the machine?
With the OVINATOR wrapping machine you can wrap packages with page lengths from 200 mm (standard packing table S) or very small bales with side lengths from 100 mm (narrow packing table N).
The maximum permissible size of the bale is determined by its diagonal , respectively the diameter of the described circle of the packaged bale. The machine is available in versions for maximum bale diagonals 880 mm a 1250 mm .

Does the shape of the package matter when packing?
The OVINATOR wrapping machine is designed for universal use, you can wrap any package on it , the dimensions of which correspond to the definition in question no. 1 .

How to choose a packing table?
The manual and motorized OVINATOR (not the motorized OVINATOR for packing tires and round objects) allows you to replace the standard packing table S with another variant of the packing table that will better match the shape and dimensions of the packaged shipment.
N – Narrow

S – Standard TOP

How to choose the width of the film unwinder?
An OVINATOR is supplied with all machines as standard 250 mm wide stretch film unwinder, which has the widest range of uses and is also suitable for all types of packaging tables and optional accessories.
For packing small shipments it is recommended to use a stretch film unwinder 125 mm wide, but in this case it is not possible to add a bubble wrap unwinder to the machine.
If you only need to pack large shipments a 500 mm wide stretch film unwinder is suitable, which can be combined with a 500 mm bubble film unwinder.

Why equip the machine with a bubble wrap and adhesive tape unwinder?
Bubble film dispenser It allows you to add a protective layer when packing the package, which will protect the shipment from rough handling.
Adhesive tape dispenser you can apply adhesive tape or printed security tape to the package to protect the package from accidental opening.

Is a special customized machine configuration possible?
Yes . If the standard configuration in the offer does not suit you, we can adapt the machine to you and manufacture it specifically to suit your needs.
A special configuration can be, for example, the addition of an input and output roller conveyor for simple and efficient handling of packaged shipments.

Does the machine require professional installation for commissioning?
The OVINATOR wrapping machine is delivered ready for immediate use and no professional installation is required.
If you order a machine in the floor anchorage version, it will be necessary to fix the machine base to the floor with screws (not included in the package), which can be done by yourself, before starting the machine into operation.

Does the packaging machine require regular service or maintenance?
